KIMJANG PROJECT

In 2019 Daniel worked as Events Manager for the Korean British Cultural Exchange. He managed their 2019 Kingston Korean Festival and Kimjang Festival. Both festivals were large scale outdoor events with live K-Pop performances, community dance projects, Kimchi making workshops, Taekwondo demonstrations and craft activities. The project culminated in the publication of a 21 page recipe book of kimchi recipes from all over the world.
